The accommodation

Lovely apartment at the entrance of Kaprun with panoramic balcony views and close proximity to the skilfts and town centre.

Only 5 minutes walk to the Maiskogel ski lift.

The ski bus to the Kitzsteinhorn stops right outside the front door, the ski lift Areitbahn, taking you up the Schmittenhöhe, can be reached by bus in about 10 minutes and the center of Zell am See in about 15 minutes.

The Tauern SPA Kaprun can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

The flat is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and has the following room layout:
