The same views are enjoyed from the upstairs balconies out of the master bedroom and the next bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment, with thermostats in each room, provides for comfortable living. Parking is underground, where there is also a ski locker available for occupants. Zellermoos is located on the outskirts of Zell am See, and can be reached by a small commuter train that stops close by and also services the golf course which is only 5 walking-minutes from the apartment. The skilift (Areitbahn) is just 900 m away and the skibus stops 150m from the house.
